    The Konongo kaya cannot carry the load yet will not allow anyone to carry it for him.This is inefficiency at its apogee and is very shameful.This government is simply incompetent!

    Stop wasting the nation's money on feeding grants. Let the parents feed their own children. This grant has been going on for 56 years!! Parliament should meet and decide when to stop this. Say 5 years, after that no more.
