MEANWHILE, POOR OLD GHANA CONTINUES TO PAY INTEREST OR WHATEVER ON A NON-EXISTENT LOAN.

THEY CLAIMED THOSE TAX AND OTHER REVENUES WOULD BE DEPLOYED TO FUND "INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS" IN GHANA.

AT THE SAME TIME, THIS MAHAMA GOES AROUND BEGGING THE CHINESE AND EVERY OTHER TOM, DICK AND HARRY TO RELEASE A US$3BILLION LOAN AND OTHERS FOR "INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT" IN GHANA.

THIS MAHAMA IS SOMETHING ELSE!!!!!!!
