This is very funny. do you thinl enforcing the rules you make at your 'big' meetings and prosecuting those who flout them is enough to say you a co-managing the fishery. its high time the scientiist moves into the 'real world' and appreciate that the models used in such strategies are the best way out and consider the fishers' thoughts as part of the management plan.
