our so called fake president and his idiotic fools continue to display to the whole world their incompetence and stupidity. he goes running around looking for investors or money when all it takes is prudent and sound macroeconomic policy implementation. we shall list a few examples so its even clear to the sick warped minded ndc agent provocateurs here. we borrow billions to procure finished products or give the juiciest parts of contracts to foreigners instead of just taking a little effort and organize our economy better. instead of building modern 100 meter fishing boats for our fishermen , manufacturing our own tractors for our farmers , mining equipment and trucks for galamsay miners and so on . we choose to import 2 thirds of our fish requirement , hand over these gold and other mineral concessions to foreigners who dont invest in our economy , deny the farmers the over half a million tractors and other agric mechanization needed because are leaders are too selfish and lazy to take the well-being of our people to heart . instead of encouraging and facilitating the return of our diaspora so they give our ailing economy the boost and capital we can surely count on , we treat them dirt and frustrate them so much that most return . they would rather have Chinese , Arab/Muslim money as there they get a kickback. they can not understand the need to unite all potentials in order to attain development , industrialization and new 21st century jobs for OUR own people , rather prefer that we import everything and keep our people in poverty as in their wicked hearts saturated and drenched with hatred of the Akans , hegemony , tribalism , favoritism and material greed. the only consolation we have is that today our people now see very clearly what these political impostors are all about and are getting more and more determined to get rid of them either by war or a revolution. all the institutions of the state have failed us including the judiciary , parliament . they have secured a privileged status for themselves and deny the majority free education although its within our reach as a 20 pesewa levy on petrol would secure the funds for this in less than 6 months so its started now and not vaguely postponed to the indefinite future . how can these fools think we should sit aside and applaud their non action ? we live in this purgatory of despair and now they want to force down our throats gay sodomizing perverse morals as their ideal . each day they continue with this jolly ride of profound stupidity they earn our deeper resentment and hate of their actions . our day will come soon , long live the republic of Akan

To a socialist, it is the redistribution if wealth.

But to a capitalist, it is the dismantling of all controls, so that capital can be employed in an unfettered way, to achieve maximum profit. Social justice will flow from the profits of capitalism, which will "trickle down" to satisfy everybody's needs.

So, which "social justice"" is Atuguba talking about? The social justice that enables 5% of America;s population to monopolise over 90% of the country's wealth? Tye social justice that makes insurance companies pay Congressmen to oppose all attempts to provide state health insurance for poor people? The wocial justice that enables John Mahama to sell a state-funded Merchant Bank cheaply to his cronies who will not insist on Mahama's brother repaying the huge loans he has taken from Merchant Bank?

Leaving the definitions aside, does Atuguba not think it hypocritical that when the law says that a pink sheet in an election shall be signed by the EC's polling officials, he and his fellow corrupt judges can disregard the law and say that the signature of a mere polling agent is enough to legitimise the result on the pink sheet?

If you cannot even administer written law correctly, who are you to make pronouncements on an issue like social justice, which is debated in tomes of which you have never heard?

One day, the people of Ghana, to whom you denied social justice by overturning their decision in an election and giving the presidency to a thieving, election-rigging specialist, will turn on you and your fellow corrupt judges. Then, you will truly learn what social justice means.

Now Justice Atuguba admits that the Country is on revers gear and that can result into a "big boom". Refering to the Judgement of the Supreme Court on the Election Petition, the issue is not N.D.C or N.P.P being adjudged winner, the issue is the facts supporting the judgment delivered by the justices. It will hunt Ghanaians until thy kingdom come. It will forever hunt the Law School at our Universities until the end of time. If signatures does not matter, then the courts are going to have a lot of problems in a lot of cases where agents, assigns and servants representing organisations, companies etc fail to sign signatures when it matters most.

Wonders will never end until the end of time. Ghanaians should put their political lens down and analyse issues of national interest. Now Justice Atuguba admits that the Country is on revers gear and that can result into a "big boom". Refering to the Judgement of the Supreme Court on the Election Petition, the issue is not N.D.C or N.P.P being adjudged winner, the issue is the facts supporting the judgment delivered by the justices. It will hunt Ghanaians until thy kingdom come. It will forever hunt the Law School at our Universities until the end of time. If signatures does not matter, then the courts are going to have a lot of problems in a lot of cases where agents, assigns and servants representing organisations, companies etc fail to sign signatures when it matters most.

The name could have forever been associated with courage and democracy but he blew it. If the judges had done the right thing and caused even a rerun,their names would have been up there with Thomas Jefferson and the others as the bulwarks of democracy. And it could have reverberated throughout Africa that "justice would be served no matter how long it is denied". But they blew it and their names, especially of Atuguba is linked with the preservers of injustice. They are cowards thats what they are.

The revolution will be spear headed by an immediate mob justice with a belief that it will bring forth some form of social justice that has been denied the downed populace. Many will have to answer, and we pray it does not happen in Ghana anytime soon.
