.............It seems the NDC gov't is running against time to send Ghana into the pits and it is extremely worrying, very, very worrying that, such a magnitude of ineptness, incompetence, recklessness and corruption can be brought to bear on our governance structures in such a crass manner. This Fortiz/Merchant bank deal deal from all indications is putrid, it stinks to the high heavens and nothing can justify such an atrocious deal, when Ghanaian taxpayers, from all indications are not getting any VALUE FOR MONEY in this stinking deal. Omane Boamah, MD should seek to explain why an equity firm which cannot even boast of the asset base to even acquire a non-financial banking license, should be made to take on this onerous task of not even a merger, but a full complete acquisition of Merchant bank, when Ghanaian taxpayers, have been offered far, far better VALUE FOR MONEY propositions from identifiable bodies with a portfolio of assets eclipsing over 100 billion dollars? It is indeed mindboggling the level of impunity and recklessness which has been unleashed on the affairs on governance by this NDC gov't. Ghana indeed deserves better than this recklessness which is permeating all facets of governance in this country. It's awfully pathetic.

our so called fake president and his idiotic fools continue to display to the whole world their incompetence and stupidity. he goes running around looking for investors or money when all it takes is prudent and sound macroeconomic policy implementation. we shall list a few examples so its even clear to the sick warped minded ndc agent provocateurs here. we borrow billions to procure finished products or give the juiciest parts of contracts to foreigners instead of just taking a little effort and organize our economy better. instead of building modern 100 meter fishing boats for our fishermen , manufacturing our own tractors for our farmers , mining equipment and trucks for galamsay miners and so on . we choose to import 2 thirds of our fish requirement , hand over these gold and other mineral concessions to foreigners who dont invest in our economy , deny the farmers the over half a million tractors and other agric mechanization needed because are leaders are too selfish and lazy to take the well-being of our people to heart . instead of encouraging and facilitating the return of our diaspora so they give our ailing economy the boost and capital we can surely count on , we treat them dirt and frustrate them so much that most return . they would rather have Chinese , Arab/Muslim money as there they get a kickback. they can not understand the need to unite all potentials in order to attain development , industrialization and new 21st century jobs for OUR own people , rather prefer that we import everything and keep our people in poverty as in their wicked hearts saturated and drenched with hatred of the Akans , hegemony , tribalism , favoritism and material greed. the only consolation we have is that today our people now see very clearly what these political impostors are all about and are getting more and more determined to get rid of them either by war or a revolution. all the institutions of the state have failed us including the judiciary , parliament . they have secured a privileged status for themselves and deny the majority free education although its within our reach as a 20 pesewa levy on petrol would secure the funds for this in less than 6 months so its started now and not vaguely postponed to the indefinite future . how can these fools think we should sit aside and applaud their non action ? we live in this purgatory of despair and now they want to force down our throats gay sodomizing perverse morals as their ideal . each day they continue with this jolly ride of profound stupidity they earn our deeper resentment and hate of their actions . our day will come soon , long live the republic of Akan

Your reactions over issues in Ghana makes Ghanaians look like fools in the eyes of rational people. We make things look like everything in this world is easy to come by. Our president has 4 years to organise things so that finally he can prove that he has done something good to be cheerished.

All what one sees Ghanaians doing is behaving like primary school children, who are now trying to understand things around them. It is a big shame with this primitive reactions in the nation.

We all waited patiently to get to the outcome of the petition, and eventually it is over. Why are we not giving the president time to shape things so that he can prove himself.

We were aware of how even Ghanaians withdrew their monies in our banks, forgetting that the foreign investor will be more fearful not to invest his monies in Ghana.

Ghanians talks this and that but forget that Ghana depends on loans from foreign investors to carry out projects.

With your negative talks of mayheim to follow after the petition, what do we think will be the reaction of the whiteman if he is to invest in a nation of ours with people beating war drums here and there. We have damaged our own economy.

Who are we blaming? Mahama or ourselves? If Mahama, then ask yourselves of how long he has been there? One year minus eight months of draging the nation here and there with court petition.

If petition is over, lets give him time to do his work because he has mandate to work. Just stop disturbing him if we are wise.

Now all that one sees in Ghana is a political frustration which has affected everything, way people think, way people look and think over all issues etc.

I see sadness because people have frustrated themselves due to lack of patience for one another.

Rawlings stole Nsawam Cannery Nkrumah built for the nation and gave it to his wife.

Rawlings stole Money to educate his children in the most expensive university in UK and Nkrumah never did that.

Nkrumah never divided the country based on ethnicity as Rawlings has divided the country into EWES and the rest of the people.

Nkrumah educated more people for FREE with the country's resources than JJ Rawlings ever did for Ghanaians.

So many people have died through road accidents for poor roads, so many people have died out of hunger, lack of medical facilities, lack of jobs, deterioration of education etc. At least, we can still count on Nkruamh's achievements today. All these modern day presidents names will fade off with time, but Nkrumah's name remained forever.

No doubt he's a lame duck on dealing with corrupt ofiicials!! It requires somebody without any complex to HOLD his officials ACCOUNTABLE.

Those who're INSULTING Dr. Sekou Nkrumah must rather reflect on what he has said and look into that with objectivity, and advice him accordingly, rather than responding in insults and cat-calls.

Mahama lacks authority and the charisma characristic of VISIONARY leaders. Insults CANNOT correct this flaw. considering Ghana's standing on the African and world stages, Ghana needs a better leader than Mahama. Let's to be honest!!
