  The public sector account for only 2% and yet their salary alone is 70% of the GDP.It time the government has to standup and stop this greed.

  The public sector account for only 2% and yet their salary alone is 70% of the GDP.It time the government has to standup and stop this greed.
  My solution apart from the security services,(police ,army,costums,airforces,navy,and the boarderguards)all government workers should be sacked .There should be a new labour policy in place
  based on experience and qualifications.Salaries should be negotiated based on contract,for a period of time.Under performers contracts should not be renewed.salaries of all gorvnment workers should be made transparent,for all to see. No coffee,car,petrol or housing allowance,these are personal.public workers should,be made to signa a binding agreement not to abuse their office ,take bribe or give bribe,misuse of public funds .The criminal justice system should first tackle the judges and the lawyers who feel they are above the law,they should go to prison for misinterpreting the law.Introduce the American criminal law system,criminals should lose their properties and their freedom as well.If we are building a country then we need a solution now ,or we can wait until the rest 98% of the population decide they also have a stack in the national coffers.please those of you who do not agree with me and those who do,let start talking about solutions .
