Where goes the stolen money go? It is the rich country thieves and the poor country thieves working in tandem to extract the rich resources and keep the money and wealth to benefit themselves and keep overwhelming majority of people very very poor.

Start in the rich countries because that is where poor country kleptocrats and politician stash their loot. They help launder the money and wealth in addition to extracting and exploiting the poorer countries. It always starts with them through exploitative contracts and destruction extraction of rich resources and support they give to kleptocrats, dictators and oppressively corrupt politicians.

If there are no buyers, there will be no sellers. It is long history of the West always benefiting from the woes of people in collaboration with local corrupt and brutal elements.

Remember slavery? Trans-Saharan Islamic, East African-Indian Ocean and Trans-Atlantic Slave Trades?

If the rich countries control money laundering by big and small banks, they can end it all and the whole world will benefit tremendously. But even more important, let the poorer countries use some of their rich resources to develop their own countries and not always shipping them to the richer ones. The West has done that for centuries and China has joined the club in a hurry to exploit.

Stop imbalance in extraction and exploitation of rich resources between rich and poor countries and money laundering by small banks, multi-national banks and coperations supported by national institutions and governments and the world be a better place for all.

When resources are extracted with disregard to indegenes through exploitative contracts secured and enforced by corrupt and kleptocratic officials and politicians, the stages is set for these very people to play groups against each other for the meager revenue garnished and then one hears of tribalism and ethnic strife.

It is the foreign and local thieves, because that is exactly who they are, who play groups against each other. It always starts with exploitative contracts. Check the history of how resources are taken over and you will see ethnicity and tribalism come far later, only after people see no gains and loose their livelihood because foreign and local thieves are in charge and play them against each other.

One simple undeniable example: when Ken Agyapong made his genocidal call for Ewes and Gas to be killed, he did it as an incompetent, vile, kleptocratic politician who also, like other politicians he is constantly criticizing, signed exploitative contracts that disadvantage all Ghanaians. But he was ready and willing to play groups against each other. It is all over the place in Ghana, West Africa, Africa and in other poor countries around the world.

We must get to the root: greed and rush to make exceeding huge profits mostly for personal aggrandizement and power.

Yes, ACCOUNTABILITY is the only way to go.

They control the pricing of the resources and manipulate and even entice and bribe local thieves, kleptocrats and politicians, military men some of whom overthrow elected governments, to join in the loot. Then the real problem begins with a signed contract to extract the rich resources.

You can have all the gold and diamond, oil and uranium but if you sell them for little money because of exploitative contracts you were forced or tricked into signing and you then scam your countrymen for a rolls royce or a benz car and some few dollars or euros stashed in banks in Europe, America and elsewhere, the rich countries will get richer and and we remain poor. Local thieves and selfish politicians always work well together with foreign thieves and exploiters.
