Leaving the bulk of land in the hands of thieves - sorry chiefs and greedy undeserving lazy so-called family heads and clans, has significantly compromised our development.

So can't they learn from the Akan people at all, sometime they don't want their king, sometimes it's land issue, what is wrong?

Before 1877 when Cape Coast was the national capital city, the same thing happened to we the Fantes(Akans). The Fante chiefs chose to sell lands to mainly non Fantes for higher price than to sell it to a native Fante at a slightly subsiised price. When the national capital was moved to Accra in 1877, Fante (Akan) lands became village lands and the prices for it dropped compared to Ga lands and that's the reason why "nobody" fights over Akan lands. So I don't think the Gas have something to learn from the Akan people because their lands are not village lands like ours.
If the capital city was moved from Accra to a different region, all the Ga litigation lands will die natural death becaue their lands will become village lands and people will start fighting over lands in the new capital.

But Ebo , do you think if gold were discovered in Galand like Obuasi etc they would have let the rest of Ghana enjoy? The way these people have created landguards to terrorize people they've sold lands to and collected their monies, what shows they wouldn't have done worse things if they were to have natural resource?so I don't understand akans why you should allow Ghana to use your natural resources to benefit others, why they protect their dry land? Why are you not also setting up rebels to protect your gold, diamond, bauxite, oil etc so your youth will get work to do? That is our land our forefathers bestowed to us akans not Ghana, we can take over our resources so our youth can get work to do, we have the men and women with expertise who can turn the akan youths life to better.

As a nation , the resources remain and will continue to remain for generations to come. The Ga youth face-off should be directed to the Chiefs instead of those buying lands .

The youths should ensure that proper protocol is followed to ensure that future land sales would be documented as lease and not outright sale.
