Even though I find your concerns a bit exaggerated the fact is the Prof’s message is intended to sensitize the people of Bawku to go beyond polarization and involve other stakeholders in the area in activities of national interest so as to allow peace prevail and promote unity so we could together create the enabling environment that will bring about development. We as northerners must begin to see the need to co-exist and work towards development as that is the only way we can get the majority of our people out of the poverty trap. I strongly believe TRUST is the missing word and we must begin to fix that in our minds now and work towards building trust amongst ourselves. We need to develop trust for one another, engage ourselves constantly and by so doing we can get Bawku revisit its past glory.
