I will not necessarily say that is Nepotism. The appraisals will show. If they are performing and the President has their trust to pursue successfully his agenda for the country then let us leave them to work.

It is disgusting since we have no longer ear proofs to prevent their nuissance. We are well informed by now to know what Mahama's 2012 election fool means. The appropriation of the presidency to defend his house whole corruptions and in particular his Ibrahim, in the shadows of a unification of his dangerous party. His sycophancy started with the elimination of president Mills his ultimate obstacle. But sooner he had to recognised, the vigilance of Ghanaians, making him a perfect ridicule on his ascension.365 days before he could open the doors of his coup d'etat.! The revelations of corruptions around Merchant Bank ,Fortiz of which his very brother is too implicated leaves no doubt ,his reasons to confiscate the presidency at all cost to free his house whole, with a particulary ascent on his Ibrahim. Nepotism! He knew he would have the total support from the gang lords of his party and with that only providence could prevent him to attain his goal! Mahama ! Ghana have patience with your kinds ! Remember that it took more than 2decades to desmantle the armes of the Grave digger rawlings and despite his fistful chest beating drums, Ghana stands tall and steady. Mahama! we are never afraid of you, we sigh in patience for the job which is not yours, and by the right time on the right moment conditions will make it possible to teach you the real meaning of Honesty among Ghanaians.You will ever regret embarking on fraud to decieve this precious country Ghana , the limelight of Africa!

If he did not believe in sycophancy, you should not even have been speaking. So for you to be speaking, clearly shows that Mahama believes completely in sycophancy. Concerning nepotism, the least said about it, the better.
