  Good the government is bent on increasing capacity. It must equally focus on leakage. Poor building codes mean all the air conditioned facilities are loosing more electricity than they are consuming. No insulation anywhere ...

  Good the government is bent on increasing capacity. It must equally focus on leakage. Poor building codes mean all the air conditioned facilities are loosing more electricity than they are consuming. No insulation anywhere. Windows and doors have open gaps. There are broken louvres etc. The list goes on and on.
