This is what is expected from the corrupt and disgraced Brong Ahafo counterparts being characterized by corruption and undue regard for customary way of arbitrating disputes fairly. The prolonged Wenchi chieftaincy dispute after the death of Osagyefo Mbore Bediatuo is attributable to the corrupt chiefs on the arbitration committee typically of Yejihene, Yamfohene , Sunyanihene and the Kukuomhene who initially were determined to put aside the customary way of enstooling chiefs in accordance with the Akan culture but rather chose to rule contrary to traditional norm disregarding the role of a queenmother to nominate and present her choice to the kingmakers for acceptance as prescribed or ordered only for the National house of chiefs and the supreme court to overturn their decision disgracefully. I am taking this opportunity to appeal to the ministry of chieftaincy affairs and other stakeholders to investigate the conducts of these shameful chiefs who through their inactions have caused a severe problem for Wenchiman which have a chief installed customary but still has this issue pending at the Sunyani high court. Furthermore, the chief justice must urgently order the High Court judge to rule on the Wenchi chieftaincy case immediately before the close of the year to enable Wenchiman to get a chief to foster developmental projects.Because Wenchiman is sinking miserably.
