    BACKYARD GARDENING IN GHANA, CAME ALONG WITH OPREATION FEED YOURSELF CAMPAIGN LAUNCHED BY GEN KUTU ACHEAMPONG IN 1971. IT IS A GOOD ADVICE, AND SO WE SHOULD ALL HEED TO IT.

    This was called Operation feed yourself during Acheampong regime.. It worked very well. I am surprised that we have not yet gone back to that....

    GOOD U ARE A MEMBER OF THE COUNCIL OF STATE TELL GOVT TO RELAUNCH 'OPERATION FEED YOUR SELF' PROGRAMME OF THE AKYEAMPONG ERA IT WAS SO SUCCESSFUL.

    Is this all he think of and tell us to do? Where are the bold long-term plans to move the country forward? Backyard gardens? Seriously?
