Why do you want to create problems for parents ?
We are at the threshold of solving a problem and you want to create confusion. Surely you do not want the situation to be sanitized.

What is the big deal here? Do the schools have to supply the books? If the schools insist on students reading certain supplentary books why can't the school authorities just hand them a list of the books so their parents buy them and teachers make it mandatory for the students to read them? I beliecve doing this will eliminate any chance of teachers charging any hidden fees and a win win situation prevails.

We lack business knowledge, every one wants quick money. Supplies of these books should rent the books to the students through school libraries.

But if you think I am laughing at the wrong side of my mouth, please prove it then. I wonder if the Funkor you mentioned is a person or name of school or company or whatever. Mr, please be patriotic and do the right thing: PROVE IT!
Thank you.
