Now that the whole world has seen how Mahama could use his outfit to influence dubious businesses like he did to protect his brother from being exposed by Merchant Bank, Ghanaians should rather concentrate on retrieving that money for our pensioner parents. Afterwards, the Woyomey, SADA, GYEEDA, etc must be tackled. DO people see how Mahama could influence public institutions? CJ must wait with the SC bribery probe for now. The issue at hand is about PEPENI 1 and Merchant money. Eyi y3 fr3sh koraa.

AUTHOR : SULE ---------------In the 8 years that the Kufuor administration was in power, the country went HIPC and the NPP gov't put in place the needed policies and programs as well as pragmatic social intervention programs, and they made it clear that, they were not going to deal with these Bretton woods institutions. The economy grew and as at the time the Kufuor gov't was leaving power in 2008, Ghana was rated as a lower middle income economy.
In comes the dimwitted NDC gov't, and the results are there for all to see. During the administration of Kufuor, the Bretton woods institutions were there, but they had to beg to get Kufuor's gov't to listen to them and what they had on offer.
The current situation is just like the 80's and 90's when we had the PNDC and NDC gov'ts.
It is an undisputable fact that, the P(NDC) gov't does not have the mental capacity, acuity and the requisite brain power as well as the drive to achieve anything. They are simply inept and grossly incompetent and this is an undisputable fact. Governance is a serious business not for dimwits and the earlier, we all came to terms with this basic fact, the better it would be for our socio-economic developmental agenda.
