    If the number of pot holes goes down by 10% by reducing the the weight of trucks, everybody benefits. Tro-Tro and cars go 10% further without replacing shocks and brakes maybe tyres will last 10% longer. Other haulage compani ...

    Yess!!I agree bro!! also what about increasing road user chargers on all heavy vehicles on their tare weight.In New Zealand the maximum HP on a heavy vehicle is 780hpower.if u want better roads keep the weight of trucks down

    some states in usa require 3 rear axels on trailers,tipper trucks and concrete trucks. or use trailers with spread axels.. All will place the weigh in different areas of roads and bridges
