I see these contractors as fraudulent themselves for accepting to undertake contracts what they are now labeling fraudulent contracts.

I see these contractors as fraudulent themselves for accepting to undertake contracts what they are now labeling fraudulent contracts.

What prevented them from doing due diligence before accepting the contracts? Did they already know that the Ministry of Education, Finance and the GETFund were supposed to be copied the contract documents, before they accepted to undertake the contracts? Why didn't they draw the Minister's attention to the anomaly? And if they did at the beginning of the contracts consult the two agencies and they (two) declined to be committed to the contracts, why did they go ahead to undertake the contracts?

In my considered opinion these contractors obtained the contracts on 'whom-you-know- basis and might not even have gone through proper awarding procedures. They are quilty of the offence they are accusing the Minister of,and SHOULD GIVE US A BREAK.

At what stage of the contract did the contractors realized that the Ministry of Education and the GETFund should be involved? I reckon that much likely at the point when they were not getting their monies from the Regional Minister. If they at the beginning did not find it necessary to find out how the two organizations were going to be involved in the payment of the contract sums, then why approach them?

My point is that political patronage is what led them into the situation they find themselves now; and they should regard it as the price they pay for the patronage. Period!

When Kwaku Baako informed us about the atrocities of Kwesi Pratt during PNDC Regime, some of us did not believe until the truth was confirmed during the NRC. Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Pratt has the guts to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...

I would like to advice these contractors,or rather educate them on the law of bribery.
THE GIVER AND THE TAKER are equally guilty of the offence,so knowing this ,they can go ahead and be proud of bribing a public officer.

If these allegations are true, at least the name of the spokesperson for the group should have been in the writeup. What is going on in Ghana?
