ghana really needs family rules....maybe teenage pregnancy should be forbidden by law. birth should be restricted to only married couples or at a certain age when the women trully knows the consequence...say at least 26yrs. a woman at the ruled age can have a child even if single. can we do something? remember the song in the late 80s by Kwame Ampadu about teenage pregnancy. there are too many bastards in ghana. we are not like europe, the US,Australia etc where childbirth is encouraged. they are rich but we are not. some of these countries pay mothers for having children but we can't. we are poor country. what do fatherless children become in most cases? let's think deeply about it.
