Did FDA say conditional approval is illegal, or a service they offer for all pharmacies? people like you DONT READ but jump into nasty conclusions to inform others. By law FDA has 30 days to register products. HAVE YOU FOUND OUT HOW LONG TOBINCO DOSSIERS HAVE BEEN WITH THEM? within the stipulated 30 days, FDA has to APPROVE OR DENY the product. simple logic for you, araba ..... if Tobinco's samples before FDA are FAKE as alleged, DR OPUNI would have made it known to the GRAPHIC by now. SO after 30 days elapsed, FDA cant DENY OR APPROVE Tobinco drugs? Araba, if you're a journalist I think you opened up to your lecturers for passing favours. NEXT TIME DONT SEE ALL YOUR READERS AS GULLIBLE. TODAY IT'S TOBINCO, BUT TOMORROW IT COULD BE YOUR HUSBAND, MOTHER/FATHER OR A RELATIVE. ah! thank God this is not coming from FDA. it would have been complete madness! PEOPLE OF GHANA, BE INFORMED THAT CONDITIONAL APROVAL IS AN EVERY DAY THING AT FDA. By this FDA boss (Dr Opuni)can take money from another competitor and run down its threat. this is typical Ghanaian pull him down. if Opuni has a valid claim why is he not going to court to jail Tobinco but rather destroying products. Do you know FDA doesnt have that powers to destroy until a court order is issued? you guys don't read so you sit down for ants and cocroaches to trample upon your rights. THIS IS A PURE SABBOTAGE FROM DR OPUNI and his cohorts. OPUNI MUST TEST THE DRUGS AND TELL GHANAIANS THAT INDEED TOBINCO PRODUCTS ARE FAKE.
