More so, why the victim doesn't go to the police straight forward to report instead of sitting there for this corrupt officials without any criminal instigation skills to corner her as internal issue for no result? Is it DVLA's job to investigate rape allegations? Oh mother Ghana why have you ended lawlessly this way? In the UK, when police hear about alleged crime like RAPE, they quickly go to check and investigate. Police do not need anyone's invitation before they investigate rape, murder, etc. It will not be difficult to know the truth if police or a body with the right criminal investigation expertise come in.

If one of these young women claimed her underwear was torn and this particular evidence is available should the investigators request for DNA of the underwear? Who has access of the underwear at the moment? What other materials are available for DNA? To get to the bottom of this urgent matter I feel the investigation should be carried by the correct authority. Unless things have changed in Ghana I am of the view that there is going to be a cover-up in this urgent matter. Time will tell!
