    this is the second time around the exact prison term has been confirmed 20 YEARS not 20 days or months,its sad such a young man will spend the next 20 yrs in jail.maybe nothing was recovered from him.

    20 years is abit primitive. We don't need a loan to bring our laws and procedures for sentencing into the modern era. This is wicked and disproportionate. This is why it's important to use your head when voting.

    That is what it is, but that guy was a crook who slipped thru the net with the help of some "big" guys in either the police or politricks. He is a danger to society and the keys to his cell should be thrown into the ocean

    But steal 800 cedis and you get 20 years. These judges don't have a head. Some of them behave like they don't have anything between their ears. What kind of wickedness and stupidness is this?

    I do not understand Ghanaians. What should happen to a policeman who steals. This is a good example for the thieves who have been put in police uniform. This guy can easily be an armed robber.

    even though am happy with the case , the sentenced was too high, there instances people have stolen huge sums of state money and are given minimum sentences so what happened in this case? is it because he is a Policeman?
