If Burkina Faso, Niger and Mali are using the Tema harbor why don't the authorities construct a rail system to the north to expedite their materials to the final destination? Tamale could be an extension of the harbor creating numerous jobs in that city. The big trucks are destroying the roads thus causing many accidents.
