Shame on Vanderpuije and the whole administration. You did it to Ohene Djan and now to this sweet old lady. Hurray to Theodosia for standing up and speaking up.
  Ghanaians should take a cue from this old lady and protest the evil, corruption, and hardships in the society. BRAVO Theodosia!!!!!!

  Almost everybody in Ghana supports one political party or the other. In that type of environment where independent, honest, and fair-minded individuals are rare, a bipartisan approach with a strong leadership can do the trick. He has asked for that unenviable task. Why not give it to him? The motivation to succeed will be stronger because I think the alternative, public humiliation for failure, will be too much for him.
  
  Let's have confidence in our own who volunteer to do thankless jobs and give them the tools to succeed.

  ndc is trying to make us all foolishly believe that this is all about partisan politics but in reality its a feudal system of governance based on tribalism and ethnic affiliation . there is no partisan politics rather anti Akan movements , north/ south and east/ west divisions . it is the truth and everyone first asks what tribe does someone belong to before they even consider the substance of what was said . yes we have gone back not decades but centuries . personally i do not care who rules as long as they endeavor to do some good and secure sustainable development and jobs for our people irrespective of tribe , ethnic pedigree , religion or social status but that being said i know its impossible due to hegemony and chauvinistic religious tribalism not forgetting the opportunism of the satellite groups like the Gas and krobos. no matter how good the plan i remain pessimistic and realize everything will fail in this climate of greed , selfishness and no direction . ITS ALL ABOUT TRIBAL POLITICS SO WATCH YOUR BACK

He feels comfortable with his own locally recruited operatives who are yet to create and maintain their own sources. He frustrates people who volunteer information by not attending to them at times for three days or notation all. No intelligence information is useless so he should respect informants.

  It is a shame we want to turn the drug issue into a party issue. Understandably we are in a multi party democracy. This is what Ghanaians voted for.Those who are supposed to know best try to interprete every national concern as a party problem. This must not be allowed to 'wash'. I am of the opinion that it is diversionary and an attempt to move court sympathies thus making experts in charge of drug issues become less motivated to carry out their functions. Let our institutions work without interference from those who have access to the media loud mouthed. Ghanaians can not be fooled. What is the cry about. Foreign counterparts of the national security apparatus were alerted about this ship and they ESCORTED THE SHIP TO THE SEKONDI NAVAL BASE. They did not tip off the crew to speed off. What is the cry about?

  Dr Aning should please come again on this. Drug issues are not partisan issues. By his submission, we will soon be talking about bi-partisan committees to deal with armed robbery. A crime is a crime and must be dealt with by independent state institutions which have been established to deal with them. No adhoc partisan or bi-partisan bodies can deal with crime effectively. If you want a job, go look for it quietly.
