  I have all along been asking my good self if these organizations are actually in for our development. They have NEVER BEEN FOR US.
  Question is: For how many years now have they not been proffering various patents medicine for our economic ills?
  What improvement have these panacea brought to us as a nation?
  We need to cut our whatever in line with what we have! We can do this by doing what Robert Mordzi did with his family; he banned the renewal of wardrobes,cancelled evening khebab for each family member, encouraged all to save from the littlest money that came by and then, stopped the drinking of horse urine (larger)himself!
  This policy held sway for 2 years and he was able to put up an adobe for the family members one of which is being read now.
  At our level as a nation, we can stop starting new projects, spend within our estimated national income and save the littlest we can and stop deficit budgeting as well. This for 5 years will place us outside the borrower bracket...

  They are needed because your country is very very corrupt. Upon all the resources God has given you, you could not raise your own money for developments. you sell your resources and share among yourselves and struggle with countries like Mali Burkina, Guinea for loans.
