The fight against corruption, abuse of power and impunity must be proactive and not reactive. We do not need to wait to be charged with poor leadership in fighting it before reacting in seeking to show leadership where we had all the opportunity but failed to be proactive.

Good leaders act; they do not wait to react to situations. Ghanaians will have difficulty electing another President from the geo-political north which the President and myself come from for more than thirty years after he has left office should this President fail to fight corruption, abuse of office and impunity in obedience to our ancestors and God during his tenure of office. Mark my words!

That job of removing Dr. Frimpong from Korle-Bu Hospital was done underground by Alban Bagbin who now uses it to boast (against Fiifi Kwettey) as the man who clamped down on corruption in the health sector. Chireh Yiele was forced to do that job but he was still seen by Bagbin and co. as a weak minister and later got fired. Never trust the NDC, as they now keep revealing their own internal secrets. All they are doing is playing Poka with this nation's life to retain power instead of forging ahead with plans on how to move the nation forward. Dr. Frimpong Manso has now established a small mortuary at his tiny twin village of Nkawie-Toase in Ashanti. There is also a new hospital in the village built by the district. People whose relatives pass away around that area now do not need to go to the Okomfo Anokye Hospital in Kumasi for morgue services as the OAH is now completely over-burdened.

Ignorant illiterate, Sethoo. You intelligence cannot be equated to any high breed mammal. So you think a party can produce a being and an academic for that matter. Anyway, I would like to point out that whatever our achievements we all benefited mainly from the society we live in. Nobody was born a professor. Environment, genetic inheritance, social, emotional/psychological and economic support and guidance by our communities and societies make us who we are. That is why we must all make contributions to our communities/society. Self-centredness, arrogance, indiscipline, disrespect for others, and lack of commitment are recipes for social and economic disaster i.e they do not enhance progress and advancement.

I Think it a laudable programme and it must be sustained, i think we must stop the practice of sending our politicians abroad for expensive treatment and sometimes only to die aborad. We must develp one very excellent specialist hospital, and up grade it regullarly with modern facilites. All the moneys for sending politicians abroad could be used for this purpose. Ghanaians deserve better health care.
