Just because the NDC apparatiks have been implicated in the many judgement debt issues.

I have always not been a fan of the Herald Newspaper's scoop but, on this particular occasion, i want to believe they are hitting the right spots. My first impression is that, Her Majesty Customs & Excise, the UK government Department responsible for revenue & tax will reveal the true nature of the financial dealings in the sale of the drill ship. It will be a good step forward if the Sole Commissioner of Judgement Debt Commission will take this up and write to HMRC. We wait to see. Thank you Herald for chosing this path in your investigation to unravel this stinking deal by Kufuor and his gang of professional criminals.
