    This is a great proposal that will save our ears from manifesto lies. National Agenda is the only wheel that can drive the development of Ghana on its right path with no obstruction. I second this great idea.

    In addition, This national agenda should then be enshrined in the constitution, span a minimum of 20years and require 95% yes vote for amendment.
