In the sixties Ghana was almost self sufficient - thanks to Kwame Nkrumah. We could manufacture corned beef,sardines,canned tomatoes,shoes,textiles,glass,aluminum,cement,and many more for our domestic consumption and export to other countries. Mismanagement, visionless leadership,greed and corruption have wiped them all from us. What next ? We are back to colonial times, begging for help and loans as we import from others what we used to own. IDIOTS !!

Recent events or revelations about corruption should be a catalyst for the government to start in earnest to be more transparent now than ever. Let us start doing it right now!
