This victoria hammah affair is of major concern , let us not forget even in America president Nixon was forced to resign or face impeachment for much much less as all he did was eavesdrop. here pepeni has confirmed he was able to bribe and therefore tamper with the justice system. any country which has citizens above the law is doomed to failure. the seriousness of this matter makes me wonder how cowardly or profoundly corrupt are most of our institutions such as all the political parties , the police , army and judiciary. pepeni should be made to account and be punished . God has made us to know what kind of a scoundrel and rouge this pepeni is by making his secrets slowly know to all of us . first he instigates the murder of his Akan king mills , organizes the cover up and rigs the elections and seals it by bribing the judges. today the govt is not functioning and we are going backwards , no more serious investors coming only those who wish to exploit and rape the wealth of the nation . in the ministries and govt institutions nobody is patriotically serving the nation as all are now afraid to act lest some pepeni or ayigbe decides they want that position or destroy the work. the moral fiber of society is seriously challenged as it is now the norm to be corrupt and steal . ministers are in charge of sectors they have no clue about so cant give direction , an account at finance , a secretary at transport, a schoolboy with nothing in his head at trade and industry , and a pepeni who who never saw the sea before he was 40 at fisheries , incompetence galore and they run around accusing and blaming the innocent for their own non performance and inaction . hopeless fools

ALL PEOPLE WITH MENTAL DISORDERS ARE CALLED WITCHES AND DEMON-POSSESSED. IT IS A BACKWARD WAY OF SEEING THE WORLD. IT IS TRAGIC. THE PASTORS ARE THE LEADERS IN THIS BARBARITY.
MENTAL ILLNESS IS NOT AN ILLNESS IN GHANA. IT IS CALLED DEMON POSSESSION.

prisons are suppose to be a place where by one gets help after committing a crime, to be able to function in society again when they get out. it is suppose to be a therapeutic place for crime committers. and they are not suppose to be packed like sardines. remember that even criminals have rights. at least here in the western world. and there are also a lot in this prisons who are totally innocent but due to financial resons they have no access to a lawyer to fight for their freedom…. thats how our mother ghana is. the poor suffer a lot, and the rich get away with crime.

If the UN wants better treatment for prisoners in Ghana, then they should put their money where their mouth is.
Of all the problems in Ghana and the world, I can believe the UN would spend time and money on people who have wrecked their own lives in the process of destroying ours.
Once again I repeat, the UN should put their money where their mouth is.

@Osei.. I never raised the issue of mental illness because every Ghanaian knows and understands something must be done about it. The pastors are under problem altogether.
My issue was with the treatment of prisoners which are not very different from how the ordinary Ghanaian lives his/her life. It is very hard for most people and not just for the bad boys in prison. In any case, I suggested I might support that in principle if the UN puts cash where their mouth is. We are not the only nation with this prison problem and you must understand that.

We doesn't need the UN to tell as epilepsy , autism can be treated or managed, not be quick to but petty crimes, debtor in prison knowing we cannot provided the needed care être food, bed ,blankets ,medical treatment etc. we need to wake up and our leader set good examples by protecting the most vonurable in society, star using probation, court ordered vocation schools, education to clean our mess. Ghana is ours and we can out wat on the white man to build it for us.

Prisoners came out worse than they went in,the real criminals with money and good lawyers never go to prison. Have any of you thought about that. A student from Knust was sentenced to 20yrs in prison for simple assault with no weapon involved in a Kumasi court, a woman remanded in jail because she allowed her father to rape her repeatedly, what disgrace ! After even knowing there are visitors expected and the prisons had this score. Imagine when no one is watching

Incredible as it sounds. The hammer falls on the heads of all politicians from Nkrumah's time to Present. There is no need for such a Curse to befall Ghana. Blessed with Natural Resources ion Abundance, our Politicians have systematically and intentionally Raped and Looted and Keep looting Mother Ghana through their Greed and Graft. Of course the Soldiers who ruled our Country in uniform at the barrel of the bayonet must share the blame as well. All the aforementioned engaged in stealing from We The People. In so doing they Neglected to Protect The DIGNITY and SANCTITY of The Least Among Us, The Sick, Infirmed and The Delicate Ones. As such and as a result Our Mental Asylums are worst than the Murder camps of the Gestapo under wicked Hitler and his SS soldiers. We have turned our backs on the prisoners and the mentally sick. A shame to our leadership, past and present. Yes, some committed crimes. However, how efficient is our Judicial System? Instead of Building Hospitals and Clinics for the Mentally ill, Our Leadership - Past and Present Engaged in the art of Enriching Themselves Through Blatant STEALING. No Difference Between an NPP and NDC Government. Now we have an ex president parading around carrying the banner of "integrity and accountability" in government. But how many soldiers Became Wealthy instantly under His watch and leadership? The Mantra in Government or Public Service, is not to Serve, But To Plunder and Steal. We are Not Fools. We are Red Blooded Ghanaians who care and have been Bleeding for far too long!!!So The Question Remains, "WHO WILL SAVE US, We The People" from these marauding CROOKS masquerading as Politicians?
GOD will and Must Deal with These Heartless Souls calling Themselves, Politicians!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY ARE ALL THEIVES
LORD, GOD, Allah Have Mercy On Ghana
