THE PROBLEM WITH US IS THE PARTISANS POLITICS, SO OFTEN WE PUT UNQUALIFIED AND INCOMPETENT PEOPLE IN OFFICES. WE NEED TO CHANGE OUR MIND SET IF WE REALLY WANT GHANA TO BECOME GREAT AND STRONG NATION.

Everything Dr Nduom has said is the absolute truth, loaded with wisdom. What I can't fathom is why he is playing the Ross Perot in Ghana politics? Why is he playing off-side or off-mainstream? If instead of going to form his own party, Dr Nduom had chosen to pitch camp with the NPP, right from 2008, I am confident to say he would have been in leadership contention for the flag bearership of the NPP by now. There are many of us who don't vote for him now because we are afraid the vote will go to waste, it has nothing to do with him personally.

Over to you Dr. Nduom, make a strategic move to the NPP. I hope this message gets to you. Thanks.

We are pathologically short sighted and so we lack the 'natural instinct to plan for the future'.My suspicion is that the hunters -gatherers mode is still in our psyche and so we seek for for what we need, get it CONSUME it before seeking for the next one.This leads to FRAGMENTED sequence and therefore instead of moving in a straight line ( linear).we tend to move in CIRCULAR MODE.This makes us unproductive. We must CHANGE by rethinking our upbringing steps..we train our kids to be OBEDIENT, UNQUESTIONING, ..lack of creativity, unasertive --to be ascertive means ARROGANT..and se Mr. Ndoum.. we achieve these mediocre results and imbibe bluntly LAZY virtues.. We function best when we are under instruction! That is why we do well outside of Ghana but perform abysmally at home because the standards are VERY LOW.....

I am sure the Team A ladies and gentlemen at the NDC would have endorsed "EDWUMAWURA to have helped them govern Ghana but they themselves; Dr Tony Aidoo; Dr Spi Garbrah and some stalwarts are themselves out of contention. Kwaku unfortunately the likes of Kwesi Pataanngye are the ones who are so gullible they get carried away by the euphoria of the Ghanaian political picture and miss out on the key issues. Funny that he failed to read the details as the English say 'the devil is in the detail', Kwesi typifies the average Ghanaian who is lost to treasure if it has to be found in a book. Sad that he missed the detail and thus missed the import of Dr Ndoum's message and reacted emotionally. pathetic Kwesi Pataanngye!

Indeed the apothegm that " it is God who make Kings" is something good to preoccupy the minds of any serious thinking being. You guys should humble yourself for wise counseling from the great minds out there for those times when manner , bread and fish, use to fall from the skies has come to pass. we will continue to face this leadership problems until the entire Ghanaian society change their lifestyles. remember, our leader are not coming from different country, but among us. we carry with us, the behaviors and lifestyle to whatever position we occupied, so, if we have good behaviors and lifestyles, we're more likely to be good leaders, the verse versa is true. currently, Ghanaian politicians are force by their electorates to steal from government why so, as a politician, you get people coming to you everyday with their personal problems, some even asking you to steal from government to give them.

Ghana's problems cannot be resolved with simplistic ideas; they need long term ideas and ideals, Paa Kwesi. The country has been sold and bought by foreign interests Paa Kwesi because you and members of parliament have been fools from the day each of you enter parliament, like hungry dogs, as you survey the potential to become rich without working.
We are at a point in Ghana we need to stop all unfunded projects period. All projects that cannot be funded through earned revenues must not be funded through long-term foreign funding sources or hand out from foreign interests. It is only when the government uses its own money (which the government must have at hand prior to giving out contracts) that the government can put out binding contract that require contract bidders to provide sureties/bonded to ensure no half ass work is provided for government money. The next level is for government to review the existing telecommunication infrastructure and fix immediately, the lousy system a Chinese company implemented and collected money for, to ensure the system works 24/7/365 and has multiple database and power sources to ensure system integrity. Everything else is just the same old story about Ghana.
