How come you employed locals as security officers soon after a new cell sites are completed and sack them after three months. If you genuine worried about the stealing why don't you keep the local security employees?

Labour is cheap in ghana. you can hire guards for the price of batterys..Otherwise put double fence with electric charge to keep people and Animals(lol) away!
