I reserve the right as a citizen of Ghana to protect and defend my honour and integrity should this civilized challenge for the truth be ignored.

This is not the price I should be made to pay by the Government of Ghana for defending the Constitution of Ghana in the Waterville and Isofoton unconstitutional payments declared by the Supreme Court.

One does not necessary have to sell AMAs propertie because of payment default One could negociate Payment terms. In the absence of this the whole thing smells of yet another FRAUD, Another Fanti mans fraud!

The amounts are determined by the Courts using the total debts plus accumulated interests over the time period the debts remained unpaid.

Remember, these companies also take bank loans to execute the projects. Therefore, they are also charged interests on the loans for the period it remained unpaid.

This is purely a create and loot situation in Ghana. This contract was cancelled in 2002.why did he fail to get a judgement debt when NPP was in power. He had 6 years to do so but he did not. I ask Ghanaians why will this man wait when his own party comes to power before going to court to claim this money. This raises several questions than answers and the simple truth is that, when his party comes to power, they will not put up a rigorous defence against this case and will be very easy to get back all moneys he had paid for NDC 2012 elections.
This is because this company has no case and could not stand the NPP lawyers in Court.so to be clever, wait till NDC come to power and will automatically get this judgement and get the money he paid for NDC Campaign.
NDC Create and loot system will milk Ghana dry. This canker must stop. This is a contract for services. How on earth can someone be awarded a judgement debt for a period of no work done for the assembly Did he get a judgement for money already owed to him by the Gov't for work done or because Gov't cancelled a contract for non-performance and he went to court to claim all prosperstive money the company could have earned. We all know much about contract laws and this situation makes me very sick as NDC is not a political party but simply a create and loot party whose motto Chop make I chop literally means sucking Ghana very dry and am surprised people still follow this nonsense political party.
I pity the future of Ghana with John Mahama, the chief create and loot as president.
How can this man fight corruption when he himself is seen as the most corrupt. How can a thief man catch another thief. The are several corruption scandals around his neck. John Mahama has no credibility regarding corruption to lead the fight for zero tolerance of Corruption. We need a coup de-tat to clean up this mess and am calling for the youth of Ghana to see this a the biggest challenge to the future of Ghana in terms of its resources and peace and rise up in an uprising to remove this sick and stupid gov’t in power.

AMA signed a contract with the waste company to provide services for Accra. This contract was terminated because of non-performance. I find it hard to believe that a court in Ghana would say the contract was cancelled illegally so a company can claim the entire amount due them for the remaining of the contract that they have not provided any services to Accra.
In all contract agreements,, the client has the right to cancel for non-performance and the company concerned can claim for only work done but not for the remainder of the contract.
I feel very sick to hear such stories particularly this one as the people who rule Ghana and the Judges are freaking nuts and damn stupid. They do not have Ghana at heart one bit and all that they are concerned is to create and loot the system badly and feel pity for the fools who had remained in darkness and still follow NDC as the only light.
The people who govern Ghana are damed blind and would continue to drive Ghana into a ditch if the youths do.not rise up to claim Ghana in an uprising

What is it about Ghana that allows Dr. Vanderpuije to come back to Ghana, take up a public servant job and afford to build a mansion on his so-called government salary but could not manage the affairs of the city even if some of the financial problems originated from the Kufour administration? If one loves the city they manage, they do what it takes to prevent such an embarrassment. This is an idea for you. AMA chief:
Implement a trash levy of GH¢300 per month per property on all of the members of parliament, ex-government officials, political party elite and other political party cronies who own properties in Accra. And if their monthly payments are not received prior to the 1st and the 3rd of each month they will pay additional fine of GH¢20 each day they are late. This is how you make these political thieves including the AMA chief himself to account to the people of Accra.
