  Bring back the tartan track to the Accra Sports Stadium. If you have vision at all you will bring the track back to this stadium. The location is so good and access to it is common and good to local athletes in and around the premises. Yes sending coaches outside for refresher courses is awesome but they come back and there's no facilities and infrastructures to work with let alone athletes to coach. So he's coaching one budding athletes so what? He's suppose to have 20 athletes under his belt. GAA needs to sit up and stop all these propaganda nonsense and get their acts together. Francis should have had a bunch of these coaches out and back from these refresher courses already but he chose to waste time in trying to work a deal with getting Cuban coaches into Ghana. Even with that he could have consulted with "jollof" Ayeh who spend time in Cuba and speaks fluent Spanish language involve but was left out of the negotiations. This decision fell apart so fast. Wise up Francis and listen to others who knows what goes on in the system and stop going with your cronies who does not live in Ghana and are useless advisors anyways.
