Had it not been for a few 'mistakes' by some chiefs, I wonder who in Ghana qualifies more to comment on isseus in the country - whether they are sensitive or not - than chiefs.
To remind Mr Gyan, the chieftiancy institution itself is more political, religious and economic in nature than any other thing associated with it. I need not emphasize that before white rule, chiefs were our political, religious and economic leaders.
In this particular instance of Nana Nketsia, who in Ghana does not feel in his hearts of hearts that, “We pay them, we elect them to serve us and they come and sit on us. And you are busy dividing yourself into NDC and NPP, for what?"
Let Mr Gyan and his likes note that most Ghanaians are aware and accept that Ghanian politicians have failed to improve their lot and do not believe in them, nor expect them to do so. That is why the ordinary Ghanian has taking his destiny into his own hands to succeed whether by fair or fowl means.

Mama is saying that some (or most) of our politicians are corrupt. It may be true that some politicians are faithful to their calling. But that does not belie the fact that some are corrupt. Our experience in these last 20 years have confirmed the unceniable fact that most of our politicians are corrupt.
One would add that most of our chiefs and even judges are as corrupt as the politicians. It even appears that ALL our presidents, past and present, and vice-presidents have been corrupt. The current president, who was once a vice president, is thus double corrupt.
Did we go or did we come? let our politivians prove otherwise, and we will respect them!

No private investor whether foreign or local can put a country up. It has never happen anywhere in the world. Only the people in that country in their collective labour and determination can put up a country. Any leader who doesn't mobilize national resources around these two factors is a failure to start with. That leader is a waste of time.

Both parties are creating a ruling elite and there would not let up nor give so long as we claim and accept that we are in a so-called democratic dispensation. It is their intent to foist themselves on us and make sure the best of our lands become their personal property including all the resources therein. That is why we are to fight back and take our Ghana nation wreckers because they wouldn't let up today nor tomorrow. NPP poo, NDC poo, they are all the same and frankly, I don't believe any other political party will be able to fix Ghana within a Four (4) year period or even Eight (8) yrs simply because , the challenges that is bedevilling our country are immense and numerable therefore we ought to clean house completely and re-programme our civil service, whiles we put in place all the necessary mechanisms to measure productivity, both within the public and private sectors of our economy. As a matter of urgency we should re-orientate and put more emphasis on apprenticeships that are in themselves job generative for the present, and future. We should as a matter of grave urgency also change the training and teaching syllables in our training colleges and Universities to be consistent with our needs and aspirations as a country 1st and foremost. All the mechanisms of governance that our former leaders like : Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, Gen. I K Acheampong, Abrefa Busia, Flt Ltn. Jerry John Rawlings be used where they are helpful to make our country move forward as a united, sound economy with a very strong and pro-active armed forces and police force.
Indigenous, OWNERSHIP of sensitive branches of enterprises within state should be encouraged and positively made to happen. For it is only when we own as many of the resources we exploit would we have the power to dictate and determine which direction our finances go. It will also be prudent to as a matter of urgency invest heavily in housing for the people.
