It is now obvious that former President John Agyekum Kufuor and the failed presidential aspirant of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) Mr. Williams Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo were deeply involved in the unlawful sale of the Ghana National Petroleum Company’s (GNPC’) drill ship, and the man who single-handedly sold the ship, Mr. K.T. Hammond, is beginning to sing like the canary.
The Informer is reporting with facts that, K.T. Hammond has confessed to very close family members that he, indeed, unlawfully sold Ghana’s drill ship at the behest of ex-President John Kufuor and Nana Akufo-Addo, who was the Attorney-General at the time.
As it has become abundantly clear that the sale of the drill ship was done in an extremely illegal manner to benefit the pockets of Kufuor and his looting brigade, K.T. Hammond is quietly confessing and vowing not to go down alone.
Per credible information picked up by this paper, K.T. Hammond is swearing that, if Kufuor and Nana Akufo-Addo do not come to his defense, the cat will be let out of the bag.
“We were all involved in selling the ship, and I will not go to jail alone”, K.T. Hammond is reported to have said. As things stand now, there is every reason to believe that former President John Kufuor, Akufo-Addo and K.T. Hammond, sold the Discovery 115 and shared the money amongst themselves.
