A hallmark of any incompetency is an excuse, which by the way is a trademark for Mahama’s Administration an extension Mill’s inability to perform until his untimely death. Here we go again, putting the plight of suffering Ghanaians into different motions. How long can we wait until you move to your fourth gear?

Government should be told in the face that any increase in utilities worsens the condition of Ghanaian employees. The current increase should be noted that disposable income of employees will reduce by the increase in the utilities.
The increase in the utilities will trigger increase in the prices of goods and services prod3uced in the economy. The cumulative increase in the goods and services including the utilities is likely to worsen the general condition of those on fixed income. Those of us in the formal sector are always on the receiving end when the price of petroleum and utilities are increased.
The government will give increase in wages and salaries with the left hand and take more than it has given with the right.
Labour cannot fail its members and it is imperative for all employees in the formal sector give their full backing to the labour organisation to seek better working condition for its members this time at least.
It is true the self employed will always pass on their cost to patrons of their goods and services, they must also be concerned in this struggle.
It is a fact that when disposable income reduces, those in the private sector will be affected also.Their turnover will be affected negatively so they need to support the formal sector in this struggle.
