1. THERE WAS A DEBT OR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE IN THE BOOKS/FINANCIAL STATEMENT ON THIS DEBT (WHICH HAD ACCUMULATED TO $47 MILLION ACKNOWLEDGED IN THE COURT DOCUMENTS)

2. THERE IS EVERY EVIDENCE IN THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS NOTES OF GNPC THAT ACKNOWLEDGE THE DRILL SHIP SERVING AS COLLATERAL TO THE DEBT.

3. AFTER SOMETIME THE DEBT COULD NOT BE TRACED IN THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF GNPC AT END OF 2007 UP TO DATE 2013.

4. THAT THE DRILL SHIP DID NOT REFLECT IN THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF GNPC AT THE END 2007.

5. SINCE THAT TIME END OF 2007 TILL DATE 2013 SOCIETY GENERAL HAD NOT COME BACK TO GET THE PAYMENT OF ITS DEBT FOR IT HAS BEEN SETTLED!!!

6. THOSE WHO ARE IN DOUBT WHAT DO THEY THINK SOCIETY GENERAL IS?????? FATHER CHRISTMAS TO GIVE FREE MONEY TO GHANA?????? I DOUBT THAT!!!!!

7. THEY SHOULD GO AND ASK TSATSU TSIKATA THAT SINCE THE END OF 2007 HOW GOOD IT HAD BEEN FOR HIM TO GET SOME SLEEP FROM ALL THE STRESS OF THIS CASE SINCE IN GOT SETTLED IN 2007!!!

I remind you a phrase in your statement that “These are criminal things and Nana Addo should be trail on criminal charges” In the near future I will be glad to hear from Kobby Acheampong to repeat the same criminality against President Mahama concerning the purchased of the Military Aircrafts. “Position is not possession”. If criminal charges should be preferred against an office holder who did his mandated duties; then Kobby, I advice you not to take any decision to execute any project in your new appointment.
