But it must not be made to appear that he approved these payments on his own or when he should not have. He was prevailed upon to do this and many others by those who 'WORKED IT' for him to be put there.

These same people fought TOOTH and NAIL to keep people like NII ADJEI OKAI away because he would not allow this, NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE.

You see, the Warehousing Scheme goes back to the 'Days of Adam'. I have worked at the PORT for many years and I know what I am talking about. It was ONLY Nii Adjei Okai, who stood up to it when he was Commissioner.

Those doing these things LOBBY the Govt to put those they can control, MEN WITH NO BALLS, in the various positions at the GRA and other Institutions so they can use them to do these things to the country.

These revelations under-score why Nii Adjei Okai was vilified and insulted and castigated, sometimes even on Radio Gold, a known NDC affiliated station. Because Nii Adjei WILL NOT PERMIT this ROT. In fact, he arrested some of the very Companies involved here. And his reward is to NEVER AGAIN BE GIVEN AN APPOINTMENT by an NDC Govt.

To limit it to Blankson is most unfair and would NOT CHANGE A THING at the GRA, especially, when those who put him there are NOT NAMED and SHAMED and still CONTROL Appointments to the REVENUE AGENCIES. The man was simply used by those who put him there and that was why they put him there.

It is regrettable, however, that Mr Blankson would say 'ONLY 75 Million Cedis was paid. I don't know when 75 Million Cedis, close to 40,000,000 US Dollars and 750,000,000,000 (750 Billion) Old Cedis became 'ONLY'

This statement tells you that Mr Blankson has not taken an 'OWNERSHIP INTEREST' in the Public Purse as he would with his own money. And that is Really Sad.
