There is no doubt that the only way Ghana will see a turn around from the state of hopelessness is for NPP not to try a new Prez candidate but Nana Addo. We already know that with Nana Addo all that NPP needs is vigilance at the elections and Ghana will have the leader they have been yearning for. No matter the age of Nana Addo, the only way NPP can rescue Ghana from the hands of the incompetent NDC is to present Nana Addo for 2016 elections.

Another presumption NPP should cure itself of is that the majority of Ghanaians support it. That is an empty dream. Majority of NPP supporters only.
NPP communicators have started admitting that our elections now are won through the votes of FLOATING VOTERS and not based on votes of foot soldiers. If so the party should go further to enquire why floating voters did not find Nana Addo strategy for free SHS convincing? look at this year's varsity admissions. Legon alone has rejected 39,000.
Without massive space expansion at the SHS, like NDC's 200 new SHS, any introduction of free SHS would amount to giving dole outs to the rich who don't need it. The Children of the poor who need free education would stand no chance of being admitted into any of the current number of SHSs. That is why floating voters rejected free education; it is good but impractical until massive expansion in facilities had taken place.
There are no problems at the polling stations. Where there are problems of possible slips between the hands and the lips are the Collation Centres. And the solution there is what the NPP candidate for Dome-Kwabenya demonstrated amply in December 2012 - eternal vigilance. She did not break anybody's head to achieve win her seat. She only did her homework - by expeditiously tallying all the polling station results - which confirmed to her that she had indeed won. Her hence her insistence on re-counting.
NPP should heed Arthur Kennedy's advice and admit the it lost Election 2012 validly. It is then and only then that it would ask the correct questions as to why it lost. The answers would be the best preparation for Election 2016. Daydreaming will not help at all. And not threats of violence would help the NPP. They should totally eschew it.
