Dr Chambas, you are right but when fine gentlemen like you choose to serve under dictatorships and prop them up, how will we achieve strong institutions? People like you were those who lent the Rawlings dictatorship intellectual capital and destroyed our nation's forward march. When dictators are able to get people like you to follow them, they feel like gods. I will add that Africa needs leaders who are not just visionaries but principled!

Corruption is being the reflection of lectures the universities offered our leaders. Prove me wrong, if the tax payer is not being cheated.

That is where most of your likes get confused in who you really are and continue to carry out your corrupt acts and turn round to point fingers at others.
The need breed of African leaders like yourself, only answer to your slave masters and as a result your people suffer. You have no vision and will never have one, for as long as you continue to allow yourselves to be dictated to by the West.
Why should EU sponsor and fund the AU???????? Mr. VISIONARY??????
The visionary leaders with 'balls' like Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, Jomo Kenyatta, Sekou Toure, Nasser, Ghaddafi and many more are long gone. And guess what? They were NOT puppets to the West that's why they sacrificed their lives for the likes of you to continue the struggle........but, unfortunately you greedy leaders of today, do not have an ounce of any morals at all.

I am very sorry Dr. Chambers did not give any credit to Ghana's electoral Commission. I s he saying for the fact that an Institution has been taken to court makes it not credible. I am completely surprised at him because Ghana's EC conducted several elections, yet it was only one 2012, that was disputed at the suporeme court. The EC won, yet he is pretending that did not happen. Can he say that the British or American elections never had any administrative issues to correct? I am sorry he has always been like that, thus double edge and political opportunist. Representing Un and Au does not make you a judge. Is he saying those elections he won were not credible? shame on to him
