This is the continuation of the government that took over from 2008, and any attempt to let Ghanaians believe that they are still in their first gear is an excuse given by a failed government. At the time Ghanaians should started enjoying the fruits of their so called social democratic philosophy, and after wasting state money in campaigning for another term, gross incompetence and corruption, they put unrepresented hardship on real Ghanaians. But that is still the first Gear. As the writer rightly said, we would be dead before Mahama shifts to the fourth Gear.

Moreover, GYEEDA is being reorganised. You see, Kufuor created NYEP as a vehicle for siphoning govt funds through Zoom Lion to the NPP Looting Brigade. This is why JM is reorganising it for the Better Ghana Agenda.. In fact, we may even have to import labour from our neighbouring countries.
