Why is it so hard for the Negro not to rely on commonsense and experience to handle serious matters like this in the 21st century? Our Supreme Court has 15 Negroes wasting our money, but you have only one judge to sieve through all these judgment debt mess?

This Judgment Debt Commission is a serious matter but, heck, why do you rely on ONLY ONE JUDGE to handle this complex and vast corruption issues? What about if he gets sick and cannot attend to sittings? How can we trust and believe that ONLY ONE MAN can listen to witnesses, question them adequately, read through voluminous files, do some copious writing, evaluate the evidence and findings to make SOUND and REASONABLE judgments about these many cases?

If we have say two more judges helping, then that would give us comfort and somewhat well-crafted and balanced opinions about these cases. As for the drillship loss, ignorant and naïve Tsikata was the PROXIMATE cause of the debacle and must be held accountable. He claimed then that he knew a great deal about the “derivatives trading”, but folks, his ass knew nothing about high stakes trading

The rest of the characters involved in the financial saga are just FOOLS, NAIVE, INCOMPETENT, RECKLESS, LAZY to PIMP Ghana to that colossal, disgraceful and laughable LOSS!!

Dr. Quaah confirmed that at the time he took over as CEO of GNPC, it was in a bad shape and some of its Maritime assets were disposed off, and 11 million dollars was made as net profit.

They only had more physical assets than cash and they converted the assets to cash. tsikata must be praised for investing in assets which yielded a profit of $11 million. that did not include the drillship. Compare that with those who sold the drill ship and shared the money. There is no evidence that they paid anybody $19.5million
