  Although I have never been schooled in English before the age of 12, I think the use of the word FAKE has been wrongful in many ways; fake malaria drugs, fake condoms, fake antibiotics.
  If I produce my own brand of telephone and call it Nokia, then it is obviously a fake Nokia.but does that make it a fake phone ?? even when it is working ? if I produce sub-standard condoms, are they still not condoms or does it suddenly become something else ?? If I produce a anti malaria drug, with all the right ingredients, but I fail to let the FDB test it before bringing it on the market, it is an anti-malaria drug or not, I think it is but is is an UN-aproved malaria drug. If food in a can expires, is it automatically unwholesome food as FDB often declares ? It is not, until a test proofs it is unfit for human consumption only then is it unwholesome. Please stop creating this confusion and call a spade a spade.

To fight this well heeled syndicate the FDA must seek international collaboration with the FBI and interpol and other like minded international intelligence led agencies around the world. Efforts by the FDA in Ghana to fight a lone battle here in Ghana is bound to fail, the mafia is too big for Ghana FDA alone . Moreover international support will go a long way in exposing all the crooks at the ports of entry and the ministry of health in Ghana.   Derrick save your breath, FDA cannot contact anyone cus what they are doing is fake and substandard. don't get too impressed when a regulatory body can allow so many unregistered drugs on the market and only decide when and how to pick on them for their personal gain. the FDA BOSS - OPUNI has so many skeletons in his wardrope that he does not have the guts to involve anyone. how would he explaing registering a drug and permiting it to be advertised and now calling the drugs fake! think about it, its silly innit.
