And in this particuar instance,is it not strange that the then AG, Joe Ghartey,sided with with solicitors of purported land owners on the blind side of the Office of the Administrator of Stool Lands,the bona fide institution mandated by the constitution to oversee such payments?
Any wonder then that huge sums of money were paid by the GAF to dubious land owners/chiefs without the knowledge of the payee?
When it come to the matter of JSc Dotse`s popular phrase,"Create,loot and share",it is abundantly clear which group of persons he was referring to,even though the culprits would have us believe otherwise.

WHAT HAPPENS IS, ONE FAILS TO ATTEND BECAUSE OF SICKNESS,MISSED THE ONLY TRUCK OR BUS IN THE TOWN OR VILLAGE,HAD TO ATTEND ON THAT DAY A NEARBY FUNERAL AND A MARRIAGE CEREMONY OF HIS FAMILY.
