When you have received your salary you use allowance and go on strike after staying in the house for only God knows when you are paid again with your allowance. Unfair isn't it?

You guys working in the various govt agencies are just knots and dont deserve a penny bonus.

In cases of labour or industrial disputes, unions sometimes resort to strike action as leverage for addressing their legitimate grievances but why make it "INDEFINITE"? What do they hope to achieve with an indefinite strike which holds all to ransom? And do these civil servants expect to take their pay during the strike action?
It is about time we had some clarification on the laws governing strike pay in Ghana because it is against the spirit of labour laws for striking workers to continue receiving their salaries.
The doctors took pay despite a 3-week strike which is a complete drain on the economy for no work done. This behaviour cannot be allowed to continue 'indefinitely'?
