The fact is that none of the victims had papers, so it was imposible to identiy them. That does not mean there were no Ghanaians.

It is incorrect to allege a denial by the government that any Ghanaian lost his life. This is because the report by the German TV is in respect of the recent (second) disaster. There was an earlier disaster in respect of which the government said no Ghanaian lost his life. Government has not commented yet about the second disaster. And so very first paragraph is a total misrepresentation.
It is not fair to cast that paragraph that way.

Why can't our people get this into their "coconuts" - that 1. unemployment rate in most part of the EU is in double digits and increasing. 2. Discrimination is real and people of color - black color - like that of Ofori is not welcome in most parts of the EU. 3. There is no work for uneducated ones like these. 4. Home sweet home.
