It is the handlers who were irresponsible, and the police officers who were just stupid to continue with their idol worship. This Banahene man was not being sincere. His claim of lack of knowledge of what happened to the Rawlings' dog is NOT consistent with his effusions as to how the dog has taken over the community. And he, Banahene, an NPP guru did not exploit this for Political Capital all this while?

Banahene is simply NOT CREDIBLE. In fact, his party must take him on to explain why as a Community Party Elder he sat by and watched his constituents MAULED by a dog belonging to the Rawlingses.

Why was no one else in the community picked up for this Cowardly act?

It is high time truth has to be told to JJ Rawlings. The world is not his. Why would he release vicious dogs purposely to prevent rural folks from accessing Volta river, which is a resource to all people in Volta region?. Rawlings is dangerous in the midst of people who live in that neighborhood. Police should protect those people, instead of this monster.
Rawlings singled out Banahene because he is a member of NPP. Rawlings is full of hate and can not accept anyone who is not in the same sinking boat he is in.

Whoever killed that dog did so for self protection, and now that person may not be bold to come forward. Why would that person allow demon Rawlings dog to bite him and give him rabies?

Mr. Rawlings has so soon forgotten numerous Ghanaians he killed for hatred purpose in the name of Ewe's revolution. Did he has any idea the pains and hurt the family members of those he killed went through? Your dog, which is an animal is dead and your feeling hurt and pain. Is this guy normal? He needs psychiatric evaluations. Other than that, I don't think his neighbors are saved any more.

Yes, the guy is not making any sense saying Rawlings is using the dogs to prevent citizens of Tefle from accesing water from the Volta river but saying killing a dog he should be charged as if he has killed a human being is really stupid.

First why call the guy criminal? He has not been convicted of killing the dog and he has denied that charge.

Second, if the dog is vicious as being alleged and bites people, then people have the right to defend themselves including killing that dog.

Why should the guy be sent to Accra?

Rawlings having helped the town to get lights does not mean he can do whatever he wants though I don't believe for a second Rawlings is using the dogs to attack people of Tefle as the guy alleged. Rawlings will not do that, not to the Tefle people.

Why will Rawlings prevent his community from fetching water, if there's nothing more to it. This is a man who was physically helping fishermen remove dangerous weeds from the rivers in Tefle. Even when evil adverts were shot and televised on national TV about him in 2008, his party still won.

Please my people of Ghana, do not take Mr. Kwesi Awuitor Banahene serioulsy. He is actually a bully in his neighbourhood. He is known to be constantly poisoning all domestic animals that enter or bypass his unfenced compound. Most of his neigbbours are widows whom Kwesi Awuitor Banahene intimidates and kills their animals by poisoning. The people of his locality can testify to this fact. He should have not been given a platform by the media. But if the media (Okay FM) want to know about him, they should dispartch a team of journalists to Vume in the Volta Region to talk to the people in his immediate locality. It is true that his unfenced house is opposite that of Mr. Rawlings. But the ACCRA-Aflao trunk road seperates the two houses. Rawlings' house is completely fenced as opposed to Banahene's unfenced house. Therefore dogs from Rawlings' house cannot easisy be on the streets of Tefle or Vume as claimed by Banahene Auitor. Everybody knows what Mr. Banahene is like in Vume. It is sad what he is saying about the expresident. Mr. Kwesi Awuitor Banahene should stop all these lies or he wil be exposed to the whole world.
I appeal to my brother KWESI AWUITOR BANAHENE to stop making up false stories to win favour from NPP. AFTER ALL MR AWUITOR IS NOT AN NPP MAN. HE IS A DIE HARD NDC MAN. He is well known in our small community of Vume for killing people's domestic animals.
