Before you educate us on wastage tell us how much it cost to produce it, this issue is just like the petrol we paid for.All govt and the millitary are not paying for electricity and petrol,they bush all the bills tothe poor.

what wastage are they talking about,they do those iligal connectons themselves,they pay themselves fatty salaries, buy expensive cars for themselves and use the rest of the money for their overseas confrences and perdeims.who cares?there is no subsidies on anything.
