    Fools, who is not poor in Ghana? Perhaps the political appointees of the government. Even Tony Aidoo's office is not funded and he is broke.

    Before you educate us on wastage tell us how much it cost to produce it, this issue is just like the petrol we paid for.All govt and the millitary are not paying for electricity and petrol,they bush all the bills tothe poor.

    Ghanaians in general can't afford those tariffs. Invest in wind energy instead of using expensive oil.
