Men, wise up. In modern times, the usage of electricity is more than a force to use. It is not only important but also necessary for each individual to be able to use the basic utilities. Which part in our modern lives are we not compelled to use the various services. That does not mean that rates that are not affordable should be shoved down the throat of the underpaid, never paid and unemployed Ghanaians. What the government needs to do is to set up a basic level where those who exceed can be charged more. People are not paid on time, poorly paid or unemployed and cannot afford. Is it a crime not to be able to afford when you need it. Well, I blame the poor Ghanaians who cannot afford because they sold their birthright during the election. Next time, they should vote for competent MPs to represent them and not those useless ones we have now.
