    I agree with the gentleman absolutely. I recalled the dun so era where people were crying and prepared to pay higher tariffs if power is available.Govt is subside it is coming from the coffers and we may lose it somwhere

    The other thing people fail to understand is the rich actually benefit from all this fantoom subsidies. the poor actually do no. the same rich will call the poor to make noice for them.

    The govt must remain resolute. The TUC can go on strike 100 times. Workers who join without proper permission should be dismissed.let's compare the tariffs with buying generator, candles etc. hypocrites

    Fool, they are fighting for the ordinary Ghanaian who have not seen any improvement since the last upward adjustment in utility bills.

    The TUC is a member and represents workers on the PURC board. Why did they agree with the increment during the board meetings, why didn't they vehemently complain during the agreement and reject the tariff proposals.They now ...

    Please could Prez Mahama and his people tell Ghanaians what is happening to our cocoa,timber,taxes and most especially the toll money? This tariff thing is just too much. How much is our minimum wage?

    Mr Koomsons statement is unfair when viewed against the backdrop that he was part of the discussions which went on before the statement was written and read.Standing on one side to condemn the TUC is rather unfortunate

    Workers of utility companies should speak out and tell us whether the tarif increases are necessary for survival or not.
